Objectives:
After this class, students will be able to:
1. speak in front of the class.
2. listen to others and ask questions.
3. stay focused while speaking and listening.
Agenda:
1. Warm-Up: Students will answer the following question in their notebook: Snow! Do you love it or hate it? Why?
2. Speech Activities: Students will share one of the following speech assignments - "I'm An Expert" or "My Beliefs" - both are worth 50 points. Over the next two days, students will need to do both speeches, one today and one tomorrow.
Homework: There is no homework tonight for this class.
