3. define vocabulary related to public speaking.
Agenda:
1. Warm-up: Students should answer the following prompt in their notebooks: What is your dream job? Describe a day at your dream job. (1 page)
2. Today's Vocabulary: Authority - a person who is in charge of making decisions about your life
3. Brainstorm: Who are three authority figures in your life? Which one influences your life the most and why? (1/2 page)
4. Writing and Speech Assignment: What are you an expert in? Write a 1 page essay about something in which you consider yourself the best. (50 points)
